Myrtis and I grew up on the same street (Spencer). We would go visiting each other just about everyday after school,our little neighborhood was close knit. I have fond memories of Myrtis grandparents as well as her mom and dad. They were always encouraging us girls. Our little group was Myrtis, Pearlie Mae and myself.
