Edward "Butch" Henderson

Born October 29, 1949 ~ Departed April 12, 2008
Butch was a lifelong resident of Lake Charles, La. He accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.
After graduation, Butch entered the United States Navy and served during the Viet Nam war. He was a 30 year employee with the Port of Lake Charles Local 1349.

Butch was my blood relative. We always got along well and enjoyed each other's company. Shortly before he passed, we met regularly at St. Patrick's. I would usually run into him when I went for my appointments.In our last conversation, we talked about getting together. Unfortunately, we did not do so.
